Singapore Engagement Session | Jeff and Zyra

Today’s engagement session was part of a 10-day Singapore trip in which we shot eight couples in SG and one in Kuala Lumpur. After this trip, the Lion City has become a personal favorite for engagement sessions. It’s just one enormous place for photographers in which we’re not imposed with the same restrictions that we have in Manila. There are neither paid permits nor guards halting us while we shoot. It’s just pure creative freedom.

Long before photography became my hobby, I was into drawing and sketching. I’ve always had an affinity towards lines, symmetry, and modern architecture. I guess that shows a lot in my photographs and most of my couples would mention that to me. Singapore is popular for unconventional construction feats and their buildings are not the typical gray blocks. We started off at the MICA building which was a former police station and continued in Sentosa. The last layout was done at the Henderson Waves, the highest pedestrian bridge in SG and is also considered as one of the most creatively done link in the world. You guys have got to check this out in person. Trust me, it will leave you in awe.
