Batangas is one of the most frequented venues for engagement sessions because of its proximity to Manila. There are a lot of nice resorts and a good number of islands to explore (one of which we’ll feature on one of our next posts) but for this one, Omar and Anna got the La Luz Resort in San Juan. Just like any beach in the area, the sand is of the coarse rocky type and close to the resort are a couple of trees which we used for one of the layouts.
A lot of people are involved in creating the perfect engagement shoot and I’m glad to work with one of the best minds in the industry for this one. Rabbithole Creatives helped create a colourful, a bit sexy, vintage vibe in the middle of the woods. I was amazed with the materials that they used which seemed to have come from thrift shops. What looked like old sheets hanged on trees and a vintage chair thrown in transformed the location that truly captured their beauty.
