Wedding Gowns Around the World | A Bridal Book Editorial

A wedding wouldn’t be complete without the gown and in recent times, the traditional white dress has evolved to numerous varieties. From the elegantly colored to the contemporary, designers have found a way to go against the flow yet keeping their work timeless.

This editorial was first seen on Bridal Book. There were originally ten dresses in the article but I only chose my favorites for this feature. These are the gowns in the order shown – Caribbean, Russian, Filipino, Grecian, Japanese, Thai, and French. I downright adore the Thai and French inspired wedding gowns with all the intricate details. Or probably just because I have an affinity towards purple. Hehe. Also, check out the designers themselves, Jazel Sy and Joe San Antonio, as the models for their creations.

It was a pleasure to have worked with these talented people. You guys enjoy the photos as much as I did working on these.
